This turquoise fish has kissing lips of red that make her quite a lady.  She has plaid fins of blue, yellow and red that are usually flared out to show off her beauty.  The rattle handle is indeed special there are 3 loose fitting rings that jingle with the beads when shaken.  There is also a cute little fish swimming through the center and a few cobalt blue marbles that match the lattachino handle and ring at the base.
